1. Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, organization details, and account role. We also collect information you provide when requesting hosting, purchasing products, submitting shipping or tracking information, contacting support, or managing your account.
For hosting and mining operations, we may collect equipment and operational information such as miner model, serial number, MAC address, assigned bay, pool or worker identifiers, hashrate, temperature, uptime, status, power-related information, alerts, and other device telemetry.
For billing, we may store invoice identifiers, balances, payment status, transaction references, customer identifiers, and related accounting records. Full payment-card credentials are processed by payment providers and are not intended to be stored by Bee's Knees.

3. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, complete transactions, comply with law, protect rights and security, or with your direction. Depending on the feature you use, service providers may include Intuit QuickBooks for accounting and invoicing, PayPal for payments, Clerk for authentication, Vercel for application hosting, Neon for database infrastructure, and mining-management or telemetry providers used to operate hosted hardware.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose customer information to advertisers for their own independent advertising use.
4. Cookies and session technology
We and our service providers use cookies, session tokens, and similar technologies that are necessary to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, remember account state, protect against abuse, and operate the website and portal.
5. Payment information
Payments may be completed through third-party payment and accounting providers. Those providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy policies. Bee's Knees may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, invoice references, and other information needed to reconcile your account.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect our systems. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it is maintained.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, role-based controls, encrypted connections, and security controls provided by our infrastructure and payment providers. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may update certain account information through the customer portal. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of information where applicable, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, billing, accounting, or contractual purposes.
